Personal injury litigation is what a victim of personal injuries caused by accidents which arose because of the fault or negligence of another party resort to, in order that he/she may be compensated for the injury and/or losses resulting from the said accident. A personal injury litigation necessitates that the complaining party can ascertain or pinpoint a third party who is responsible for the accident causing the injury. Subsequently, the complaining party must prove such allegation/s.
